Annex Q - Health Mark Label

The health mark is oval and must be as follows:

• at least 6.5 cm wide, 4.5 cm high;
• on the upper part: CANADA in capital letters;
• in the centre, the registration number of the establishment;
• the letters must be at least 0.8 cm high; and
• the figures must be at least 1.0 cm high.
