General

Botanical Features

Agricultural Features

High yielding variety; well adapted to medium and light soils; tubers size early, tend to oversize. Highly resistant to hollow heart; susceptible to manganese toxicity and bruising; good storability if not bruised; not suitable for washing; medium specific gravity.

Remark: excellent home garden variety.

Reaction to Diseases

Highly resistant: PVA, tuber net necrosis, late blight (race 1).
Moderately resistant: verticillium wilt.
Susceptible: black leg, bunch or purple top, common scab, fusarium dry rot, leaf roll, rhizoctonia, PVX, PVY.
