Pre-export approvals by competent authority of importing country
- The exporter is responsible for obtaining all the required import documents. It is important that the exporter review the conditions carefully to ensure that all the import requirements are met.
Production controls and inspection requirements
- Sri Lanka may require proof that the products meet their approved microbiological standards and may also test the product upon entry into the country.
