Canada A1, A2, A3, A4, Canada B1, B2 B3, B4 and Canada Cl, C2 Grades A, B and C are based on muscling requirements and fat deposits on the kidneys and carcass. Grades 1, 2, 3 and 4 are based on the colour reading of the lean muscle. |
