Documentation requirements

The United Arab Emirates requires a Certificate of Free Sale (CFIA/ACIA 5786) for exports of Canadian flour products.
A Certificate of Free Sale (CFIA/ACIA 5786) may also be required for other Canadian exports of manufactured foods.
The Certificate of Free Sale (CFIA/ACIA 5786) contains public health attestations that are met based on Canada's Safe Food for Canadians Regulations.
It is the exporter's responsibility to verify the requirement and acceptance of the Certificate of Free Sale with their importer.
