Exporters are advised that in order to be eligible for certification to Indonesia they must contact their local Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) Office in advance of export to determine the requirements and accommodate the scheduling of inspections. If you require any other information on export certification, please contact your local CFIA office.
The following certificate is available
- Health Certificate for Aquatic Animals and Fishery Products Exported to the Republic of Indonesia from Canada (AQAH-1100)
- The AQAH-1100 is a Joint Certificate containing both Food Safety/Public Health and Aquatic Animal Health attestations
- The AQAH-1100 must be validated, dated and issued by the CFIA Inspector while the product is still in Canada and available for inspection
Product which in not located in Canada at the time of signature is not eligible for certification using this export certificate. - In addition to the above-mentioned certificates, each shipment must also be accompanied by a Certificate of Origin and Hygiene CFIA/ACIA 5003.

Exporters are advised to contact their CFIA area office in advance of harvesting to determine the requirements and, if required, accommodate the scheduling of inspection and sampling which must occur prior to processing and freezing. - Prior notice
As of October 6, 2024, the Indonesian Quarantine Agency (IQA) requires that exporters submit a Prior Notice (K-1.2) prior to, or shortly after shipping fish or fish products into Indonesia
