Effective December 31, 2021, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has cancelled the accreditation of Bioagricert S.R.L. Unipersonale. Bioagricert S.R.L. Unipersonale shall not have any further right, liability, or obligation under the Canada Organic Regime. Bioagricert S.R.L. Unipersonale is no longer under the oversight of the CFIA.
