Honey
1. Honey is the food that meets the standard set out in subsection 15.1.16(1) of Volume 15 of the Food Compositional Standards Document and
- if it is derived mainly from the nectar of blossoms, meets the standard set out in subsections 15.1.16(2) and (3) of Volume 15 of the Food Compositional Standards Document; or
- if it is derived from secretions of living plants or from secretions on living plants, meets the standard set out in subsection 15.1.16(4) of Volume 15 of the Food Compositional Standards Document.
