In order to meet the US export requirements (USA section 1.4 Meat Export Electronic Certification (accessible only on the Government of Canada network)), the mandatory NFCS sample must be collected by the licence holder in alternate fiscal year at the time of first sampling of Food Contact Surfaces (FCS) under random sampling plan M205. The task must be conducted by the CFIA when the mandatory NFCS sample is collected by the licence holder.
