The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) Licensing and Arbitration Regulations require Canadian buyers and sellers of fresh fruits and vegetables to maintain a CFIA Produce Licence or a membership with the Dispute Resolution Corporation (DRC). Below is a listing of companies that currently hold a valid CFIA Produce Licence. For your reference, please access the List of Dispute Resolution Corporation (DRC) Members.

Licensing of produce dealers and brokers by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) does not in any way provide assurance of payment by the licensee. The CFIA is not liable in case of default of payment by the licensee. In dealing with all buyers, shippers are urged to use their best business judgement.
This list is updated on a monthly basis or more frequently when companies are added or removed. This list supersedes all previous ones.
