This journal on plant breeders' rights is published on a quarterly basis by the Plant Breeders Rights' Office. The goal is to allow people to:
- review information about a plant variety, and
- object to the application or description for the variety if they feel the requirements for distinctness, uniformity and stability or other requirements of the Plant Breeders' Rights Act have not been met.
