The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) cancelled the Safe Food for Canadians (SFC) licence #8VD4GGM9 issued to Redfrog Enterprises Ltd., located in Delta, British Columbia, effective November 21, 2025.
With this cancellation, the licence holder may not conduct any activity for which SFC licence #8VD4GGM9 was issued.
Prior to the cancellation, the CFIA suspended the SFC licence # 8VD4GGM9 of Redfrog Enterprises Ltd. for failing to comply with Part 4 of the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR) regarding requirements for Preventive Controls. The suspension occurred on June 26, 2025.
Following continued non-compliances by the licence holder, the CFIA notified Redfrog Enterprises Ltd. on October 31, 2025, of the grounds being considered for licence cancellation. The licence holder was provided with an opportunity to be heard on November 10, 2025. The CFIA determined that the licence holder failed to take corrective action on identified non-compliances and cancelled its licence in accordance with section 22 of the Safe Food for Canadians Act and section 39(a) of the SFCR.
There is no food recall associated with this cancellation.
