To request an export certificate outlined below or if you require any other information on aquatic animal health export certification, please contact your local Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) Office.
The following certificates are available:
- Aquatic Animal Health and Sanitary Certificate for the Export of Molluscs for Human Consumption from Canada to India (AQAH-1045)
- Certificate (AQAH-1045) only applies to export of molluscs for human consumption
- The AQAH-1045 is a Joint Certificate containing both Food Safety/Public Health and Aquatic Animal Health attestations
- The AQAH-1045 must be validated, dated and issued by the CFIA Inspector/Veterinary Inspector while the product is still in Canada and available for inspection
Product which in not located in Canada at the time of signature is not eligible for certification using this export certificate. This certificate is not eligible to be issued as a Partially Completed Certificate (PCC). - Additional information is available on the Export requirements for fish and seafood web page
- Aquatic Animal Health and Sanitary Certificate for the Export of Eviscerated Finfish and their Products for Human Consumption from Canada to India (AQAH-1046)
- Certificate (AQAH-0046) only applies to the export of eviscerated finfish products for human consumption
- The AQAH-1046 is a Joint Certificate containing both Food Safety/Public Health and Aquatic Animal Health attestations
- The AQAH-1046 must be validated, dated and issued by the CFIA Inspector while the product is still in Canada and available for inspection
Product which in not located in Canada at the time of signature is not eligible for certification using this export certificate. - Certificate (AQAH-1047) only applies to the export of crustaceans for human consumption
- The AQAH-1047 is a Joint Certificate containing both Food Safety/Public Health and Aquatic Animal Health attestations
- The AQAH-1047 must be validated, dated and issued by the CFIA Inspector while the product is still in Canada and available for inspection
Product which in not located in Canada at the time of signature is not eligible for certification using this export certificate. - Aquatic Animal Health Certificate for the Export of Feed for Finfish, including Ornamental Aquarium Fish, from Canada to India (AQAH-1094)
- Certificate (AQAH-1094) only applies to the export of feed for finfish including ornamental aquarium fish

- Aquatic Animal Health Certificate for the Export of Krill Meal for Feed for Aquatic Animals from Canada to India (AQAH-1095)
- Certificate (AQAH-1095) only applies to the export of krill meal for feed for aquatic animals

- Aquatic Animal Health Certificate for the Export of Frozen Krill for Feed for Aquatic Animals from Canada to India (AQAH-1106)
- Certificate (AQAH-1106) only applies to the export of frozen whole krill for food for aquatic animals
