Annual import permits, Product licences, and Establishment licences will be renewed before the expiry date if the renewal application is received at least 14 days prior to expiry.
Export certificates and Permits to import veterinary biologics for investigational or emergency use will be issued within 14 days from receipt of completed application, fees and supporting documentation.
Performance Target
The target for this standard is 90%.
Performance Results
In 2018-19, the Agency:
- Renewed 100% of the Annual import permits, Product Licences and Establishment Licences within the service standard.
- Issued 100% of the 101 Export certificates, and 95% of the 297 permits for emergency use or for investigational use within the service standard.
