Proposed document to be incorporated by reference – List of Prescribed Deleterious Substances

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is proposing the List of Prescribed Deleterious Substances to be incorporated by reference (IbR) into the proposed Feeds Regulations, 2022.
This IbR document contains a list of substances that are prescribed as deleterious substances for the purposes of Section 3 of the Feeds Act. The deleterious substances listed in the proposed IbR document are based on those listed in Section 4 of the current Feeds Regulations.
