Aquatic animal export: certification requirements for the United Kingdom

To request an export certificate outlined below or if you require any other information on aquatic animal health export certification, please contact your local CFIA office.

The following certificates are available

• Model Health Certificate for the Import into Great Britain, Channel Islands and Isle of Man of Aquaculture Animals for Farming, Relaying, Put and Take Fisheries and Open Ornamental Facilities GBHC670 v1.0 Aug-23 (AQAH-1101)
  • The commodities for AQAH-1101 require an inspection prior to export
