On December 17, 2018, at the Montreal courthouse, the Montreal-based company 9208-0472 Québec Inc., operating as "Bezras Hashem Select Kosher Imports", pled guilty to 3 violations of the Food and Drugs Act and its Regulations.

On June 26, 2019, the Court of Québec fined the company $5,000 for each of 3 counts of:

The events took place between March 8, 2016, and October 12, 2016.
