October 1, 2018, Ottawa: On August 10, 2018, in Saint John, New Brunswick Provincial Court, Native Harvest (Atlantic) Seafood (671783 NB Inc.) pled guilty to 1 count of contravening subsection 14(3) of the Fish Inspection Regulations.

Subsection 14(3) of the Fish Inspection Regulations indicates that no person shall export fish unless all the processing and storage of the fish is carried out in a registered establishment, or the person holds a fish export licence.
