    • (A) Effective April 1, 2018, the salary ranges for the Executive (EX) Group are increased by 2.8%

    • (D) Effective April 1, 2021, salary ranges for the Executive (EX) Group are increased by 1.5%
  2. The economic increases are to be applied to the executive's salary that was in effect on April 1 of the years above, following the application of any in-range salary movement resulting from the previous performance cycle.
  3. Salary calculations rounded to the nearest dollar ($1): The Canadian Food Inspection Agency approved changes to the Directive on Terms and Conditions of Employment for Executives to round salary calculations to the nearest dollar ($1). In the interest of ensuring consistency across the agency and core public administration, all salaries in effect must be rounded to the nearest dollar ($1).
  4. New salary ranges: the new salary ranges are obtained by applying the rate of increase effective in each year to the previous year's minimum and maximum of the ranges, then rounding to the nearest dollar ($1).
