Aquatic animal export: certification requirements for Kazakhstan

Exporters are advised that in order to be eligible for certification to Kazakhstan they must contact their local Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) Office in advance of export to determine the requirements. If you require any other information on export certification, please contact your local CFIA Office.

The following certificate is available

  • Sanitary Certificate for export of food-grade fish, crustaceans and molluscs to the Republic of Kazakhstan (CFIA/ACIA 5586)
    • The CFIA/ACIA 5586 is a Joint Certificate containing both Food Safety/Public Health and Aquatic Animal Health attestations
    • Please consult your CFIA inspector for any further instructions at the time of the certificate request submission
