Exporters are advised that in order to be eligible for certification to Moldova they must contact their local Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) Office in advance of export to determine the requirements. - Health Certificate for Export of Fishery Products for Human Consumption from Canada to Moldova (CFIA/ACIA 5401)
- The CFIA/ACIA FA 5401 is a Joint Certificate containing both Food Safety/Public Health and Aquatic Animal Health attestations
- Please consult your CFIA inspector for further instructions at the time of the certificate request submission

- Health Certificate for Export of Live Bivalve Molluscs, Live Echinoderms, Live Tunicates and Live Marine Gastropods for Human Consumption from Canada to Moldova (CFIA/ACIA FA1050)
- The CFIA/ACIA FA 1050 is a Joint Certificate containing both Food Safety/Public Health and Aquatic Animal Health attestations
