To print a licence, permit, registration, or certificate, you must first sign in to your My CFIA account.
Once signed in, make sure the validated party that requires the printed document is selected. To do this, select the white drop down box under Party Administration, click on the proper validated party, then click Select. This step must be followed in order to view all licences associated with the validated party chosen.

Steps for printing your SFC Licence and other permissions
Scroll down to the Service Request section of your party profile dashboard, where you will be presented with all previously submitted service requests. Select the Issued Permissions tab:

After clicking the Issued Permissions tab, you will be presented with all permissions that have been issued to your My CFIA Party profile. Find the permission that you wish to print then click the link under the Permission column:

After clicking the link, select Print:

Upon clicking Print, a tab will appear at the bottom of your screen. Click Open to view your permission as a PDF file:

Once the PDF opens, you can then print your permission:
Steps for printing an Export Certificate
The steps for printing Export Certificates are very similar to the steps for printing permissions. On your dashboard, you can find your Export Certificate under the Issued Export Certificates tab:
After clicking the Issued Export Certificates tab, you will be presented with all export certificates that have been issued under your My CFIA profile. Locate the certificate you want to print, and then click the link under the Certificate column:

To print the issued certificate, select the View Documents button:

Below the details is a section where users can click on view documents and download a certified copy of the export certificate.
Your export certificate will now open in a new window. To print the signed certificate, select the Print button.
Note
You can only print the original document once. Therefore it is important that you make sure your printer is ready, you have enough paper and that you are printing with coloured ink. You can print an unlimited amount of certified copies by following the same steps as you did to print the original document.
Once you have attempted to print the document, you will still have access to certified copies for downloading by selecting the Download button under Export Certificate - Certified Copy.
Important: Should you encounter difficulties printing the original certificate, you will need to contact the issuing Inspector (as displayed on the certificate) to request assistance.
