In the interest of transparency, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency is providing the following quarterly reports to help keep the public informed about what we do.
The Centre of Administration (CoA) receives and processes applications for domestic and import related permissions.
The CoA is committed to achieving its standard processing times a minimum of 90% of the time under normal operational circumstances. Our standard processing times are calculated from the receipt of a completed application to the release of the permission. They do not include time needed for pre-issuance inspection, should it be required, or review of complex applications by an animal health or plant health specialist.
Permissions include:
- Licences
