To request an export certificate outlined below or if you require any other information on aquatic animal health export certification, please contact your local Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) Office.
The following certificates are available
- Veterinary Health Certificate for exports of fishery products intended for human consumption to the Republic of Türkiye (CFIA/ACIA 5757)
- The CFIA/ACIA 5757 is a Joint Certificate containing both Food Safety/Public Health and Aquatic Animal Health attestations

- Please consult your CFIA inspector for further instructions at the time of the certificate request submission
- Veterinary Health Certificate for the Import into the Republic of Türkiye of Ornamental Aquatic Animals Intended for Closed Ornamental Facilities (AQAH-1028)
- This certificate (AQAH-1028) applies to ornamental animals intended for closed ornamental facilities only.
- Note – exporters are responsible for determining all export requirements and documentation required by the importing country, and should communicate with their importer and request a copy of a valid import permit to verify that the conditions on the certificate have not changed
