- Certificate of Inspection Covering Meat Products (CFIA/ACIA 1454)
For poultry products the following statement must appear in the Additional Certification field:
"There has been no outbreak of Avian Influenza on the farm of origin of the products in the last year. The products did not originate from any area/farm under quarantine or surveillance for Avian Influenza."
- Annex A – Veterinary Certificate for Meat Products Derived from Cattle
- For beef products Annex A must be issued.
